Lunch:
A handful of Lightly Salted Almonds
A bottle of a Sports Drink
Dinner:
1 fillet of Broiled Salmon w/Seasonings
1 to 2 scoops of Brown Rice
A handful of Broccoli
A cup of 2% Milk
Dessert:
A Skinny Cow Ice Cream Bar
