Day 1 Meal Plan


Breakfast

8 ounces of orange juice

1 bowl of Cheerios cereal

1 cup of milk

1 medium sized banana

Lunch:

1 Ham Sandwich (2 slices of whole wheat bread, Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and one slice of Swiss cheese)

1 bottle of Gatorade

Dinner:

1-2 cups of Spaghetti

1 cup of tomato sauce

1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese

2 slices of French bread

Dessert:

½ cup of sliced strawberries
